Returns Policy
We provide return policy to our customers in case of any item being damaged or there is any difference in size and color. However change of mind is not applicable for return policy.
Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If one week has passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. In case there is any change that you want to be made in your product after the product is delivered (you want a different size or color) we ‘do not guarantee’ but we usually try to entertain our customers, this will apply extra charges depending on the changes to me made and the shipping cost. There is no time limit for this purpose.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept return policy on led and RGB lights in case the item was fused after a several period of time. If the lights were damaged during delivery or were not functioning at the first place, you can claim your return only for the specific light, not the whole product.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Shipping Returns
The respected customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
